You’ll be fine… When we think about abuse, most of the time, we picture women as the victims. But the truth is, men can be victims too. Whether it’s physical, emotional, or even sexual abuse, men also suffer in silence. Many feel ashamed to speak up, and because of this, their pain often stays hidden. In fact, emotional abuse can be just as damaging, if not more so.  Men are often expected to be tough, strong, and never show weakness.
